Like the first ‘Coffee With The Superintendent’ event, held on October 14 at the Buena Vista Library Community Room, attendees were provided with a variety of information about Measure S Bond improvements and upcoming financial changes in the school district. Information about the soon-to-be-implemented Common Core and its impact on curriculum and testing was also discussed. One past attendee has described the atmosphere as “open and relaxed and a chance to get your questions answered directly by the head of the district.”
