Mango and Little Pim are free language learning programs available to all BPL patrons, as a mobile app and for desktop use. Early Literacy Stations and additional databases including ancestry.com and the Testing and Education Reference Center are popular with people of all ages.

The Zonta Club and Domestic Violence Task Force, along with the Burbank YMCA, have donated hundreds of pairs of shoes to the National Charity League's shoe drive. The YMCA shoe donation campaign ends Tuesday, September 30.
