The Zonta Club of Burbank Area announced the selection of Jamie Keyser Thomas as “Burbank’s Woman of the Year” for 2014

Burbank National Charity League Collects Shoe Donations

The Zonta Club and Domestic Violence Task Force, along with the Burbank YMCA, have donated hundreds of pairs of shoes to the National Charity League's shoe drive. The YMCA shoe donation campaign ends Tuesday, September 30.

Burbank Historical Society Celebrates 103 Years

Burbank Historical Society celebrates 103rd anniversary of city's incorporation with a fundraiser at Story Tavern, former home of Story Hardware. An antique box acquired by the Tavern's owner will be placed in the original pub for the public to make donations to the Burbank Historical Society. Donations go to creating new exhibits and maintaining the Burbank Museum.

Sportscaster Randy Kerdoon will be master of ceremonies during the Burbank Historical Society's third annual fundraiser at Story Tavern. Proceeds will go to a new children's interactive display at the Burbank Historical Museum.
