Another successful Art Show is in the bag for Family Service Agency of Burbank. The art auction and dinner, which took place on June 3rd, was one of the biggest auctions they’ve hosted yet, with over 200 pieces of art donated by over 120 artists. The night saw 300 attendees, and hosted several celebrated artists including Randy Myers, Ernie Gilbert, and Jennifer Turnbull, among others.
Zita Lefebvre, chair of the event, cast a wide net this year when searching for artists. This brought forth not only a variety of art to be auctioned off, but also introduced a whole new wave of people to the amazing work that Family Service Agency does within the Burbank community. Because of her hard work, and the hard work of volunteers and community members, over $25,000 was raised for the organization, which translates to over 800 hours of mental health care for families in Burbank.
