On January 26 – 28, the Burbank Police Department received thirteen separate reports of paintball attacks involving numerous victims. Detectives received information of possible suspects involved in the case and their investigation led to the identity and subsequent arrest of five suspects.
On February 2, Burbank Police arrested Julian Stephens (18 years), Kevin Yuenyongsukal (18 years), Eric Monson (18 years), and two male juveniles. All five suspects reside in the City of Los Angeles. The adult suspects were booked for conspiracy to commit assault with a deadly weapon and are currently being held at the Burbank Jail on $60,000 bail. The case will be presented to the Los Angeles County District Attorney on February 3rd, 2011.
