Registration is now open for the Burbank Vikings Youth Tackle Football and Cheer Program (all mail-in this year). First come first served; teams are forming now.

* Registration = $355.00 (cash, check, or most C/C are accepted)
You can pay by credit card thru PayPal (on our website – www.burbankvikings.com – click on ‘Store’ in the column on the left), check, or cash/money order. The registration forms can be found under the ‘Home Field’ tab on our website – click on ‘FORMS’ to find the form.
Complete the appropriate registration form – football or cheer and enclose with your registration form your PayPal receipt, check or money order and mail to:
