The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) as part of the Hollywood Way On-ramp Improvement Project will close Alameda Avenue from Olive Avenue to Pass Avenue in both directions. Pavement construction work will begin Friday, September 9 at 8 p.m. and complete Saturday, September 10 at 5 p.m. As part of the signed detour, traffic will be diverted to Riverside Drive. Residents may experience louder than usual construction noise as crews grind the surface layer of pavement and perform other related tasks.
