A home on the 1000 block of N. Sixth St. was broken into during the daytime Tuesday, May 6, and several items of jewelry were taken, according to police.
Sometime between 11:15 a.m. and 4:04 p.m., thieves smashed the rear sliding glass door and ransacked the bedroom, said Sgt. Darin Ryburn of the Burbank Police Department.
The resident returned home at 4:04 p.m. and found the house had been burglarized. Several items of jewelry, of an unknown value, were reported missing.
