Thursday afternoon in 100 degree temperature city officials gathered on the new stage at Johnny Carson Park to re dedicate the park after a 2 year rebuild project got completed.
The city offered games, music, fun and free hotdogs to the first couple hundred people, also free snow cones, and plenty of green grass and new playground equipment.
The Smoke House has welcomed generations of Burbank families through its doors for birthdays, anniversary dinners, first dates and some of life’s most meaningful gatherings, but on Monday, October 12, the restaurant celebrated its own milestone with an 80th anniversary party.
