After seeing in a newspaper the story of Aleyna Doche, a 6 year-old who has been diagnosed with Wilms tumor (a form of kidney cancer), Bob Hope Airport Police Officers Association President Jolene Dolan knew the next charity that her fellow Airport Officers would help.

“Every year our association look for a local charity to help and after seeing Aleyna’s story, and the way she has help to raise funds for Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation by selling lemonade at her own homemade stand, we thought it was the perfect thing to support”, said Dolan.

The Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena Airport Police Officer’s Association presented Aleyna and her family with a check for $1,500 for the Foundation while Employees of Bob Hope Airport also came up with $525 by having a cake and pie drive.  Members of the Airport’s Fire Department also kicked in $100.
