Assemblymember Nick Schultz (D-Burbank) and California Attorney General Rob Bonta will be holding a virtual town hall for constituents on Tuesday, September 15th. The virtual discussion will provide constituents with an opportunity to ask questions of both officials.
“There’s no shortage of challenges facing California right now,” said Assemblymember Schultz. “From the unconstitutional and inhumane treatment of our immigrant neighbors to the erosion of our health care safety net and environmental protections, we have a duty to stand up for all Californians.
This town hall is way for constituents to get engaged on the issues that matter the most to them.” The town hall with the Attorney General will cover recent legislation and budget action as well as the work being done at the California Department of Justice to protect public safety and counter action taken at the federal level.
