Burbank residents in the west side of the city will once again have a Baskin Robbins Ice Cream store in their neighborhood again as the long standing store just went through an ownership and remodeling change. The store, located at 4314 Magnolia Blvd., had special 31 cent a scoop ice cream to celebrate on Saturday.
