Bob Hope Airport Discusses Land Use Issue With Residents

The Bob Hope Airport, along with the City of Burbank, held their first of three Land Use Studies at The Marriott on Thursday evening. Approximately 40 local residents and parties interested in finding out what is in the planning stages were present and were able to give input.

The meeting had City Planners and several City Council members present, along with several members from the Bob Hope Airport.

Following introductions, the group broke into roundtables, one group to discuss land use issues including the B-6 property that will be developed in the next several years and the other group discussed transportation issue relating to the airport and it surrounding area.

Once convened, guests were able to talk on a one to one bases with planners and consultants present. They also were able to see plenty of maps and drawings of the project area.
