Kira Bochard scored two goals on assists from Dani Yanez and Ryan Verhoeven to lead the Bulldogs. Verhoeven added a goal on an assist from Hailey Heath. Alondra Solis scored for the Indians on an assist from Brianna Castillo.

Bochard’s two second half goals propelled the Lady Bulldogs who are now 7-4-1 overall and 6-1 in league, a game behind Arcadia in second place. Burroughs slips to 4-11-1, 4-3 in league and currently in fourth position.

Kevin Moreira, Saul Zepeda, Diego Galaviz and VJ Salazar (two assists) scored for the Indians. Jordan Morgan had two saves in goal for JBHS. Andrew Senane scored the lone goal for the Bulldogs.

Tied 1-1 at halftime, Burroughs scored two goals in the first three minutes of the second half to pull away. The Indians (7-5-3, 4-2-1) are currently in 3rd place in the Pacific League with 13 points behind Pasadena (19 pts) and Arcadia (15 pts). Burbank falls to 3-8, 2-5.
