Burbank Fire Fighters responded to a reported fire to the rear of 4417 West Magnolia Blvd early last night. Upon there arrival they found a fire to the exterior of Bill Toth & Associates Real Estate Offices.
Firefighters extinguished the blaze before it could spread into the single story business which was closed and unoccupied at the time.
The cause of the fire is under investigation, and no amount of damage has been released at this time.
There were no injuries to fire personal during the incident.
