The award-winning Burbank Rose Float “Stomping Good Time” has returned to Burbank and is on display at the public parking lot located at Glenoaks Boulevard and Olive Avenue.
Members of the Burbank Tournament of Roses Association will be on hand to answer questions and sell souvenirs to help raise funds for next year’s float.
The float’s animation runs each day at 11:00 – 11:15 a.m., 1:00- 1:15 p.m., 3:00-3:15 p.m., 5:00-5:15 p.m. and 7:00-7:15 p.m., depending on rain, fuel and other conditions.
On Thursday, January 3, several people stopped by to get close up pictures and pose for selfies.
On Monday, January 7, the float will return to the City barn where it was constructed. On Saturday, January 12, volunteers will start to deconstruct the float.
