Burbank Little League began its 15th season in style on March 7 at Brace Park by recognizing three teams who won local championships last year.
District winning All-Star teams from last season included the 10/11 girls softball team which won the State title and the junior boys who were 2014 District 16 Tournament of Champions.
District 16 is comprised of teams from Burbank, Glendale, La Crescenta, La Canada Flintridge and Tujunga.
Burroughs baseball coach Craig Sherwood shared some infinite wisdom and inspiring words to all the coaches and players in attendance.
