Burbank Police Homicide Detectives Called Following Suspicious Death

Burbank Police held a Press Conference late yesterday afternoon to let the Public, News Media & Burbank Residences know that this crime was NOT a random act, and the suspect that allegedly committed the crime is Brian Thomas Lowe 49 years old and he resides at home where the crime occurred.

The victims name has not be released at this time.

Burbank Police issued this statement early this morning:

Burbank Police reported that on August 23, 2015, at approximately 9:54 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 1900 block of Richard St., regarding a female not breathing.

Officers arrived and called Burbank Paramedics who confirmed a lifeless female inside a residence.

At this time the identity of the female is unknown. Based on the circumstances of the
death, detectives were contacted and are currently investigating.

Special Crime scene specialists were called and detectives were awaiting a search warrant to continue their investigation.
