Burbank Police Traffic Investigators are continuing their investigation into this injury traffic accident where a female was struck in the crosswalk at Buena Vista and San Fernando Blvd this past Saturday evening. The suspect driving a small light colored compact car fled and was being followed by witnesses until they lost the driver on San Fernando Blvd leaving the city. Burbank Paramedics transported the victim to St Joseph Holly Cross Medical Center in serious condition.
