Saving hundred of pounds of Electronic Waste from going into our landfills, this past weekend hundreds of people took advantage of the electronic waste collection in the Burbank Unified School District’s parking lot. People brought a little bit of everything, including TV’s, even BIG SCREEN TV’s, computers, monitors, light fixtures, toasters, hotplates, juicers, and even personal electronic toys. The collection also benefited the BUSD by getting a donation from the collection company. The total amount still being tabulated.
