Burbank Woman Arrested For Vandalism

On Saturday, February 22, Kimberly Davis, a 41-year-old Burbank resident, was arrested for vandalism by Burbank Police after she allegedly threw a glass bottle through a liquor store window on the 3100 block of W. Olive Avenue and kicked over a parked 2004 MGB motorcycle.

Officers were called to the the liquor store around 8:00 a.m. by a clerk at the liquor store. He reported that the suspect threw a glass bottle at the front window, which shattered, according to Lt. Eduardo Ruiz of the Burbank Police Department. The cost for the repairing the window is estimated to be over $800.

The officers, following a description of the suspect, observed Davis walking away from a parked motorcycle, added Ruiz. She allegedly told the officers she pushed the motorcycle over on its side.  The owner of the motorcycle estimated the repair costs at over $900.

Davis was booked at the BPD Jail for vandalism and her bail was set at $20,000.
