This week on the steps of Burbank City Hall there were rows and rows of shinny bikes from little ones all the way up to really big ones. None of these bikes were new out of the box, they were made that way by Burbank Bike Angels.

The Bike Angels made up of a crew of dedicated people who spent hours and hours refurbishing bikes, replacing worn parts and painting nicks when needed.
This year they have fixed or prepped over 200 bikes, some going to The Salvation Army, some to Family Service Agency, and some to BTAC and even to The Boys & Girls Club.
The Burbank Association of Realtor’s donated several bike this year, and are gearing up for a bike drive to be held January 9th at The Board’s Office located at 2006 W Magnolia Blvd.
The Bike Angels will accept donations of money or bicycles years round at the Burbank Recycle Center.
