Burbank’s 2012 Rose Parade entry, “The Dream Machine” was just that in the judges eyes as it was presented with the Mayor’s Trophy, which goes to the most outstanding entry by a city

The float judges were in Burbank late Sunday afternoon to take there final look during the daylight. The judges, Lois Fowkes, Paula Pryke and Brian Wittman, walked around Burbank’s entry with animation running, and music playing as they took notes and finalized their ballots.
