The Burbank Sunrise Rotary service club has defied the odds and, in this 35th year is stronger than ever.

Rotary Club of Burbank Sunrise sponsored an event where performers, Rat Pack Ricky and World Class Elvis impersonator, Larry Sanders, took the stage and brought music to Burbank’s seniors.

The Holiday Caroling Rancho Ride collected annual food donations for BTAC. It has been going on for more than 30 years.

This past weekend members of the Burbank Sunrise Rotary and Noon Rotary held a contactless Food Drive at Ume Credit Unions parking lot in an effort to fill the shelves at Burbank Temporary Aid Center (BTAC).

This Saturday from 9:00 AM till 2:00 PM they are going to hold a DRIVE-THRU food drive at the Ume Credit Union Parking lot located at 3000 W Magnolia Blvd.

Burbank Sunrise Rotary brightened the holidays for four Burbank families in need, delivering gifts and food for daily needs as well as a holiday meal

“Seeing their faces light up in sheer joy is one of my favorite parts of the holiday season,” said Rotarian Mary Gilbert

Not to be outdone by Burbank Noon Rotary’s karaoke cacophony at Nickelodeon, Burbank Sunrise Rotary recently went in for an evening of drag queen bingo at West Hollywood’s Hamburger Mary.  The two events had this in common: lots of laughs, generous contributors and successful fundraising.
