Pet of the Week: Coulson
Coulson is a 2.5 year old male Belgian Malinois mix at the Burbank Animal Shelter that is looking for someone who is not afraid to be loved...a lot. This sweet guy absolutely loves his people. Coulson spent some time in a foster home, there they quickly realized that he does not like it when he is left alone and will protest when his people go away.

Meet Bobby – The Gentle Senior Lhasa Apso from the Burbank Animal Shelter. Bobby is approximately 15 years old and is currently in a foster home.
Mountain Lion Cubs Found Near Orange Grove and Sixth St.
Two mountain lion cubs were found by residents in the 600 block of Orange Grove and turned over to the Department of Fish and Game. No sighting of the mother.

Caramel came to the Burbank Animal Shelter as a very young mom with her litter of kittens. She has been a very attentive mama and has 6 healthy kittens looking for their homes.

Lola is a friendly, sweet girl who was transferred to the Burbank Animal Shelter in February from another shelter in LA where they were too full to have her anymore. She has a black brindle coloring and is believed to be a white Labrador Retriever and Pit Bull Terrier mix around the age of 2.5 years old.

Bear Presentation Led by CDFW Biologist Sheds Light on Burbank’s Black Bear Situation
The Burbank Animal Shelter hosted a Burbank Bear Presentation at the Stough Canyon Nature Center led by Biologist Jessica West, from the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW). The presentation was organized due to the recent black bear sightings happening among residents of Country Club Drive in Burbank.
