Burbank Fire Department and Burbank Police Department hosted Fire Service Day and National Police Week this past Saturday.

Burbank and Burroughs High School bands, orchestra and choirs and the new All-District Symphonic Orchestra & Choir join with professional musicians from the Musicians at Play Foundation to perform popular compositions by John Williams and Lalo Schifrin.

On April 27, popular hillside restaurant Castaway held a fundraiser event, which allowed guests to see the newly renovated restaurant for the first time since its $10 million remodel.

Living in Burbank has many perks, and one of them happens to be that the circus comes to town once a year.  Circus Vargas opened their big top to the public Saturday, April 21st and will be performing shows up until May 7th.
