The Volunteers of the Burbank Animal Shelter (VBAS) will hold its fourth annual Online Silent Auction Fundraiser:  AUCTION FOR ANIMALS 2023!  Over 200 items are up for auction, including items from Southwest Airlines, Disneyland, Universal Studios, DeBell Golf, as well as items donated by generous businesses such as retail gift certificates, product gift baskets, restaurant gift cards and exciting entertainment experiences!  

The Burbank Historical Society presented a successful Member Appreciation BBQ on Saturday, July 15.

The annual Mario Lopez Golf Classic took place at Lakeside Golf Club bringing in over $430K to support Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center (PSJMC).  The event took place on Monday, June 12th with an all day event of golf, food, awards, and live music.

The Burbank Human Relations Council is sponsoring a field trip for Burbank leaders, community members and families to the Cesar Chavez National Monument in Keene, California on Saturday, June 10th. The chartered bus will depart from the Olive Park parking lot north of the Josalyn Center off North Griffith Park Drive between Olive and Clark Streets at 8am, arriving back in Burbank at 4pm.

The Burbank community filled Johnny Carson Park with compassion, generosity, and physical fitness as they took to the paths and over the bridges of the park for a 5k power walk in support of the Family Service Agencies 15th Annual CareWalk.
