On Tuesday, January 8, Glendale Police officers arrested three male suspects in relation to a burglary at Papa John’s Pizza, located at 904 S. Glenoaks Blvd.
On October 17, around 5:10 p.m., Burbank Police responded to a report of a purse theft that occurred at Burbank Spa and Garden.
Over several months, Burbank Police have been investigating a series of burglary crimes with information provided by Ikea security. On September 27, police arrested a suspect trying to steal a mattress from the store.
On October 3, Burbank Police arrested Marion Hall for a DUI and child endangerment after crashing into a parked car with his 2 year old son in the car.
On August 6 at 5:50 p.m., Burbank Police responded to an incident of grand theft at Target in Empire Center.
On July 29 at 4:15 p.m., two women were robbed by two men at gunpoint in the Home Depot parking lot. One of the women was kidnapped, but was later discovered to have planned the incident with her ex-boyfriend who aided in the robbery.
On July 24, Burbank Police arrested an armed man who had stolen items from Walmart and fled on a bus.
Over the past three weeks, Burbank Police have received a total of 25 reports regarding “smash and grab” burglaries in the parking lots of local restaurants.
On June 19 at 11:03 a.m., Burbank Police responded to a call regarding an assault with a deadly weapon-in progress at Burger King. When police officers arrived on scene, they found two men with stab wounds.
On the morning of Wednesday, May 30, California Highway Patrol chased a man who had carjacked a vehicle from Pasadena to Burbank, where the pursuit came to an end.
On May 4, a man and a woman who allegedly went on a bank robbery spree were arrested by the Los Angeles Police Department.
On May 6 around midnight, Burbank Police responded to a call of a smashed window which activated a burglary alarm at Ulta Beauty of Empire Center, located at 1351 Victory Place. Two suspects were arrested.
