Magnolia Park Optimist Club honors 2011 Burbank Police Officer, Reserve Officer, Civilian Employee, and Volunteer of the year.

The BPOA is worried about the level of service the Burbank Police Department is providing to the residents and business people of Burbank. More changes may be coming.
