Four charges were filed against Meagan Booth, who was arrested on February 24 for DUI and hit and run after Booth struck a five-year-old crossing Victory Blvd. Booth was also charged with child endangerment because her own two-year-old child was in her car.

A woman has been arrested for felony hit and run and DUI after striking a young child crossing the intersection of Fairview and Victory with his grandmother Monday afternoon.
