A large audience showed up at City Hall on Saturday evening, December 7, at 6:00 p.m. for the annual Tree Lighting Ceremony by the Mayor. Santa arrived on Fire Truck 11 and stayed for photos after the tree was lit. Entertainment from Burbank organizations and schools, including the RC Dance Center Rockettes and Burbank High School Gentlemen’s Octet, was enjoyed by all. Special guests Mickey and Minnie Mouse stopped by from Disney Studios.

Special Guest Stars at this years Burbank Christmas Tree lighting were from Disneyland, Mickey & Minnie Mouse driven in his Chrysler Ninety Eight by Ed the car guy himself.
