Congress needs to set aside its differences and take up this legislation for urgent consideration. As the President said, the country can’t wait another 14 months for the Congress to act — Americans need jobs now. I hope we can expand on the President’s ideas to make America a manufacturing powerhouse once again. More than anything else, our economic future depends not only on our ability to start-up new enterprises, but to make those new products at home.”
