Bystanders Injured In Restaurant Altercation
Two men received laceration to their heads after someone threw something at them during an altercation at Olivia’s Restaurant, located at 245 E. Olive Ave. The incident occurred at 1:30 a.m. The victims, a 26 year-old man, and a 30 year-old man, both of Van Nuys, told police officers that they were innocent bystanders not involved in the assault. Police are calling the crime an assault with a deadly weapon. No suspects have been arrested so far.
