Burbank Elks Lodge No. 1497 is hosting its 4th annual Community Service Awards dinner on Wednesday, October 10. Four recipients will be honored for their dedication and commitment to serving the Burbank community.
The honorees for 2012 are: Police Officer John Kaefer, Fire Fighter Engineer Jeff Carlon, City Employee Mike Flad and BUSD Teacher Dorothy Hernandez.
