The community is invited to come together for a fun-filled evening at the 7th Bingo Night hosted at the American Legion “Memorial War Hall,” located at 4011 La Crescenta Ave in Glendale, CA. This lively event, organized by American Legion Post 288 and VFW Post 1641, will be held in support of the Scouts of the Verdugo Hills Council, part of Scouting America.

Doors will open at 5:00 PM, with the first Bingo game kicking off at 6:00 PM. Attendees can look forward to ten exciting games, with tickets priced at $25, which includes four Bingo cards, giving players a total of 40 chances to win. Cash prizes will be up for grabs through an opportunity raffle, and food will be available for purchase, courtesy of the American Legion.All proceeds from the evening will benefit local Scouts, whose service projects make a meaningful impact throughout the community. Eagle Scouts have completed a wide range of initiatives, from installing shelves in music classrooms and refurbishing athletic storage spaces to building benches and gardens in public areas. Some have even partnered with local nonprofits to construct visitor kiosks at native gardens. In addition, the Verdugo Hills Council leads annual drives to collect food for local pantries and shoes for those in need
