The 70-piece Burbank Community Band will present a free concert Chillers and Thrillers – Spooky Dances and the Silver Screen, featuring fan-favorites like Ghostbusters and Thriller.  There will be a costume contest for kids and adults so bring your best outfit.Prior to the concert there will be lots of Halloween fun, with Generation DCD providing pumpkin decorating, a photo booth and a surprise performance.  Enjoy free cookies from The Capital Grille and specialty beverages from Busy and Bumbling Coffee
