Relay for Life is a 9-hour walk a thon and family fun festival held to Celebrate, Remember and Fightback against cancer. It is a major fundraiser for the American Cancer Society a (501c) charity that provides 24-hour cancer support to cancer patients and their loved ones. The American Society provides support for anyone undergoing treatment for cancer by providing counseling services, rides to treatments, lodging for cancer patients and their families, research grants so we can make this a “World with more birthdays” and eradicate cancer all together.
