Experience the soothing vibrations of a Sound Bath on Fri, Nov 08, 2024 at 6:30 PM. Let go of stress and tension as you immerse yourself in the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls and other instruments.

This event is perfect for anyone looking to unwind and rejuvenate after a long week. No experience with sound healing is necessary – just come with an open mind and a willingness to relax.

Please bring a yoga mat, and whatever else you need to feel comfortable.

The Sound Bath is $30, but if you’d like to take the Chi Kung Stretch and Strengthen class prior to the sound bath from 5:30-6:30 by Master Yumi you will recieve a discount for both the class and sound bath at $40.

Chi Kung involves coordinated body-posture, movement, breathing, and meditation. This class will help you with self healing, relazation and helping your energy flow. Chi Kung is sepxcially good fro those also training in Tai Chi or Push Hands.
