The intersection of Burbank Blvd, and Victory is always known for congestion, but on Tuesday it wasn’t the place to be.
A light standard on the north east corner was struck and the controller that operates the signals went into flash mode. It required 3 officers to control traffic.
With horns honking, and drivers patients wearing thin, it took up to 10 minutes to get through the intersection and some times. No one was hurt except for maybe some people’s feelings.
