Mr Poirier was by all accounts a brilliant man. He could come up with ideas for different things quickly and apparently made many of them a reality.
He had Ideas for Rocket Propelled planes, Independent 4 wheel suspension (most modern cars have this), watches and clocks for aviation that had multiple uses for Pilots.
All of these he devised in the 1930’s long before these things were commonplace.
