It has been reported that one of the lawsuits filed by former Burbank Police Lt. Omar Rodriguez has been dismissed by the courts. “The City is pleased that the Court recognized the plaintiff’s allegations were without merit”, in a statement released by Burbank Public Information Officer Keith Sterling. More details later when they are released.
