This year, the League of Women Voters’ many thousands of members nationwide are studying the Role of the Federal Government in Public Education.
Joylene Wagner, the President of the Glendale Unified School Board and Nayiri Nahabedian, the clerk of the Glendale Unified School Board will co-moderate the panel discussion. They both are members of the League of Women Voters Glendale/Burbank. The panel guests include:

Dr. John Garcia, Deputy Superintendent, Glendale Unified School District

Ms. Lori Adams, Math Teacher, President of the Burbank Teachers’ Assoc.

The panel discussion will take place on Wednesday, September 21, 2011 beginning at 7 p.m., at the Glendale Unified School District Meeting room, located at 223 N. Jackson Street, Glendale, CA 91206. The forum is open to the public and written questions can be submitted on the night of the panel discussion.
