A Burbank police officer was patrolling the area of Lundigan Park late Thursday night around 11:40 pm when he observed and contacted Jeremy Espinoza for being in the park after hours. According to police, Espinoza is known to have gang ties.
During a consent search, the officers recovered a switchblade knife that Espinoza had in his hand at the time of contact with the officers. He was arrested for the weapons violation and was scheduled to appear in court on Monday January 26, 2015.
His bail has been set at $60,000.00.
