Burbank Police were called to investigate the circumstances surrounding the death of a 64-year-old man Sunday afternoon after his body was found on the sidewalk near a Burbank intersection.
Paramedics were called for a report of a man down near the intersection of Hollywood Way and Allen. Upon the arrival of police and paramedics, they found the man was deceased from apparent natural causes, unknown reasons according to Officer Cindy Gillian of the Burbank Police Department.
Pierce Brothers Mortuary was called to remove the body of the man who was identified as Richard Tenke.
Gillian said the man resided on Hollywood Way and could be seen often at the 7-Eleven at Hollywood Way and Burbank.
