Girls Water Polo:

Burroughs 8 Glendale 6 (Ahsha Earwood had 15 saves in goal; Aliya Ehde, Emilee Holgate and Bailey Simmons each scored two goals for JBHS which remained undefeated in league at 4-0)

Girls Basketball:

Bell Jeff 55 St. Mary’s Academy 44

 

Wednesday, Jan. 16

Boys Basketball:

Burbank 63 Hoover 57 (Sarkis Karian and Peter Wongsasitorn each scored 11 points; Andy Yanikyan added 10 points for BHS. The Bulldogs overcame a four-point deficit at the end of the third quarter with an 11-0 run to begin the final period)

Burroughs 55 Arcadia 51 (Lawrence White scored 19 points and was 13 for 15 from the free throw line. Kalen Verhoeven added 10 points for JBHS)

Girls Basketball:

Burbank 56 Hoover 27 (Ashley Linda scored 13 points for BHS as the Bulldogs won their fifth straight game in league)

Arcadia 52 Burroughs 49 (Aysia Shellmire scored 29 points, grabbed 10 rebounds and had 4 blocks for JBHS in the Indians first loss in league)
