The School Board acted to approve the superintendent’s recommendation to appoint Mrs. Stacy Cashman, the new principal for Jordan Middle School, effective July 1.
Mrs. Cashman has served BUSD for the past 18 years. With her undergraduate degree from UCLA she taught English Language Arts for Luther Middle School. She later earned her Masters and Administrative Credential from CSU Northridge and began serving as a Title I Coordinator and most recently as Assistant Principal for Instruction at Luther.
Her years of middle school experience combined with her long-time involvement as a Burbank resident offers her a fantastic foundation for this new opportunity.
