David Nathan Gold, 81, passed away peacefully at home in Rogers, Arkansas on November 23. Born October 30, 1937 in New York, David moved to California in 1953 and graduated from Fairfax High school with the class of ‘55.
He ran his own business, Vista Auto Supply. He also owned an apparel and ad specialties business and a restaurant in Burbank. Always engaged with the Burbank community, David had a passion for service. He was an active member of the Lions Club for 47 years, serving two terms as president and district president of the Burbank Noon Lions Club and continuing with the Rogers Lions after retiring to beautiful northwest Arkansas 10 years ago.
David loved to travel and loved to laugh; he made people feel comfortable and leaves a wealth of joyful memories with those who had the pleasure of his company. A loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, big brother, cousin, uncle, and friend, David was preceded by his daughter Heidi in 1967 and is survived by his children Lori, Caryn, and Michael, grandchildren Jared, Sunny, Jordan, Holland, Natascha, and Hanna, and their children.
