BurbankNBeyond Host Deborah Dodge spent an Evening in Honor of US Troops with Operation Gratitude, which was held Monday, September 26 at the Burbank Central Library in conjunction with Burbank Read’s book, On Gratitude. No matter your politics, expressing gratitude to the men and women who serve and defend our country is an act of truth and love. Representatives of Operation Gratitude, the nonprofit organization that assembles and ships care packages to United States service members deployed overseas, let residences pen your own note of personal thanksgiving. These notes will be sent in time for this year’s holiday season — a warm and loving connection for these brave soldiers. Todd Jensen and publisher Adams Media recently donated 1000 copies of ON GRATITUDE to Operation Gratitude. If you’re interested in making a larger donation of signed books for the holidays, please contact the author: todd@thegratitudelist.org.
