GlobeSt.com reports that Playboy has agreed to lease the top two floors of 2300 Empire. The 102,128 square feet will be leased to Playboy for Playboy Plus offices, who will move in later this year and is currently working on a custom build-out of the space.
No report what Playboy Plus plans to do with the space.
