On December 13, 2015, at about 4:15pm, a 12 year old female was assaulted by the individual depicted in the photos below.
The victim was shopping at Target, 1800 Empire Avenue, with her mother, when the suspect walked up to her and squeezed her buttocks. The suspect then walked to the exit and left the store. No vehicle was seen.
The suspect is described as being a male Hispanic, in his late 20’s, thin build, with black hair, some facial hair. He was wearing a gray t-shirt and jeans. His shoes appear to have red shoelaces.
The Burbank Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the individual depicted below. Anyone with information is asked to contact Sergeant Stephen Turner at (818) 238-3257.
